Working In Harmony unpacks the communication and feedback strategies that great musicians use to perform at the highest level: How we give and receive feedback in rehearsal, how we create a working environment based on openness and trust, and how we avoid the common pitfalls of miscommunication and defensiveness in high-pressure settings. By bringing awareness to one's ever-shifting role on a team, we can create spaces where positive vulnerability is embraced, team members are willing to offer up new ideas, to commit to ideas that aren't their own, and support one another in our work.

How does one find moments of creativity - of inspiration - in environments we might not expect? How does one breathe new life into their work? What takes an idea from good to great? So often it's not the monumental decisions we make, but rather the smallest details that take an idea from OK to brilliant. Using some of the greatest classical masterworks as a backdrop, in this workshop we unpack how to find room for creativity and freshness in the unlikeliest of places, and how to ask the right questions along the way.
