Working as an efficient team, giving and receiving honest and at times challenging feedback, and supporting each other’s creativity is central to the quartet’s success performing at the highest level.

In our series of workshop offerings, we offer a professional development experience for your team unlike any other; infused with conversation and musical examples, we share our communication, teamwork, and feedback techniques that go far beyond the concert hall. With strategies honed over thousands of hours of rehearsal and hundreds of concerts, we will help your team communicate more effectively, build trust, embrace uncertainty, and achieve excellence.
